A Public-Key Infrastructure X.509 class action, or even PKIX, occurs as working group of the Internet Engineering Task Force dedicated to creating RFCs and other standards documentatiin on issues related to public key infrastructure (PKI) based on X.509 certificates. PKIX was established within Autumn 1995.
